Hi,

My GeoLink is connected to Spirit System, the mobile app is connected to Spirit System and GeoLink and it looks OK.

I'm able to configure all parameters for GeoLink using mobile app, also it reads heading and level, the only thing that's strange is the following:
On the info tab, for Satellites info, it reads "n/a".

I am testing it standing in the room very near the window so I would somehow expect it to catch at least 1 satellite. However, as mentioned, it reads "n/a".

Do I have to enable something in setting in order to activate GPS on GeoLink?

Or something is malfunctioning?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

firstly dont bother mounting the geolink to boom as itll take you a lifetime to get it calibrated , i took mine of my mount all still connected and moved it round by hand youve only got the length of the geolink cable to move it around but its enogh , it took about 5 mins using this method ,so i started by pressing ,request calibration button , i then powered down and then re powered up . i then got the fast flashing blue leds to confirm the geolink was in calibration mode . i then moved the geolink in all directions until i got the steady blinking blue led to confirm the unit had found all the sats it required .

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Today I have managed somehow to calibrate my GeoLink (it was attached to the boom), I was following the example given by the YT video. After I have calibrated - it started to see the sats and now everything is working (GPS lock works even in the room near the window)..
