Geolink programming problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the Geolink module connected to my Spirit unit.
When the Spirit software in the Geolink setting section opens the first information shows me the module is connected, fixed and updated to firmware version 1.0.2 by going to the Map section (the only working tab), the position and the coordinates is displayed correctly. The problem occurs in all the other tabs: Module, Aid, Update which by opening causing crash the software showing a precarious connection error with no possibility of doing anything, I am forced to disconnect the USB interface and restart the Spirit software.
All connections are correct, I followed the manual step by step and the helicopter flies perfectly without Geolink, the problem is only the programming Geolink by software that does not allow any operation, not even the calibration request.
I also tried to flash the latest firmware available for Geolink but without success because even during the update the software crashes.
