Yes, with slightly modified firmware it was possible to at least improve the situation significantly. Our upcoming firmware will include this change.

Yes, it is truly excellent support. BD never once even replied to anything I sent them, let alone doing something like this. It is one of the reasons I bought my first Spirit after a recommendation from a friend and now I have converted my entire fleet from BD -> Spirit

The new firmware update was supposed to help with this but it has not.

Strangely enough I do not have this problem on all of my helis. With the newest spirit pro unit I have, as far as I can recall, the integration menu and telemetry always comes up. My earlier units, especially the one on my align 700 nitro, is like 40-50% of the time and I have to power cycle everything a few times before it shows up even with the new firmware. At the same time, that particular unit also gives me a 'connection lost, reconnect to unit?" message often when plugged into my computer and running the software, where as my newest unit never does that.

Maybe it's the unit itself?

Please check that your Flight log has no Backup Oscillator is used message. This would be at the beginning of any flight log you will open (even from the bench).
