Normal / Stabi disabled, but with Heading-lock ?

In case you do not know something or you are not sure, here is the right place for your question.

Hi. I am trying to make sure I am clear on the modes. I think I accidentally tried to flip my heli with Stabi(normal) the other day, and had a disaster ;)

I am trying to understand what modes are 'normal for people wanting to do flips and stuff', and 'normal for skilled people'?

Where in this list does it say how to have a heading-hold tail, and a FBL controller to make up for missing flybar? It just says that Stabi(acro) is for beginner learning 3D. but then it says that 'disabled', is rate-mode tail. So where is heading-hold tail and 'normal head', for more than just beginners ?

thanks ;)
Here is where I mean - in the manual. http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... #STABI_TAB

Hello,

probably you are looking for this table:

If there is Heading-Hold then it is the mode you want.
For flipping the model you will need Stabi (Acro) mode.

Thank you, I think I get it. I'll take some time over the settings to make sure I have it right.
