Hi, I,m setting up my 3th spirit system on a T-rex 600. First time I have the problem and cannot setup the receiver movement from -100 to +100 when I move the pitch lever. System ist MZ 24 Pro, GR16, connected via SRXL. I can adjust only from -100 to +50 in Pitch. The Spirit PRO was set up earlier with older software version but after Software update to 2.6.4 I envountered the prob. Can I completely erase the Spirit and how? Greetings.

Hi,

the problem could occur if some other channel is not configured properly.
This could be Aileron, Elevator or Rudder.
Please verify that they are mapped properly to the sticks - and they are moving in the right direction

Then after reboot all should be good since stick centering is performed each reboot automatically.

There is no need to erase settings, the problem could be just in the Channels window. Default layout should be as displayed at this image:

I have erased all channels then I have set a new model to the Transceiver. Still the same output. All channels are properly matched but Pitch is going only to 50 %. All other going -100 +100%. Pitchchannel on the MZ24 is 1.

Additional info: I have now used my old Transmitter MZ24 (not pro) and reated a new model. Just the 4 Channels for Pitch, Nick; Bank and Tail.
Then I have looked into the channel tab 1. Channel ist unassigned because no throttle is going through the Spirit Pro. 2. is Aileron, 3. is Elevator, 4. is Rudder, 5. ist unassigned and 6.ist Pitch. Reebooted but no success. Pitch ist -100 when Lever ist down (-100) 10 at about Midposition (0) and 50 at Top Position (+100). I have also tried to downgrade software ande reebooted and put software 2.6.4 again on. No other result. I have also set the Spirit Pro to factory reset and reebooted, no other result. What else ca I do.

Are you sure that this pitch is not configured in your radio?

Yes I´m pretty sure. I have configured pich movement from -100 lowest to +100 highest in the Transmitter. This is the standard for Graupner. And I have tested it with 2 different transmitters MZ24PRO and MZ 24 with brandnew assigned models. No reduction within the movement.

Additional info:
I have used my Transmitter and binded it to one of my other helis, a T-rex 600 also and it works perfect with the same, tested model. The only solution for me is that the receiver is limiting the pitch channel signal within SRXL burst. I have changed to ppm mode and there I can adjust up to 85% pitchmovement. However ppm is not the best solution for helicopters. I need to wait for some days if a new receiver comes along and will try with an second receiver. I tried also software 2.6.3 but without success. Even setup to factory settings gave no success. I actually don´t know what else I could do.

last update: I have updated the receiver GR16. And this was the solution. It works now up to 100% on the Pitch channel. Have a good time.
