I am wanting to run a Multi Gov Pro on my Nitro 600. Could you please help me with the wiring configuration from the Multi Gov to the unit etc and also how to configure the Transmitter set-up I have a 16sz Futaba sbus set-up.

you can set it up exactly as without Spirit unit.
So you can proceed basically according MultiGov Pro manual. You can connect it with your receiver (you have not mentioned which one you use).
Throttle will be connected to the governor, as written in the manual.
Receiver will be connected with Spirit unit without a modification.
