Can someone please explain the difference in desired reading for bench test as described in the manual (main and tail blades removed) and in flight?

I run the Analyzer on the bench with all blades removed and I get very good readings in all 3 axis. Out of curiosity in flight I take snapshot of each x and y axis and see result has extreme vibration over 100. Heli seems to fly ok. Small occasional tail wag 1-2 inch. Should I be worried? I still need to capture Z axis in flight.

My thoughts are that on bench test without blades it shows very little vibes so I think my heli mechanics is good. Only possibility left would be main or tail blades? They are perfectly balanced (i think).

Any clarification would be appreciated.
