Hay setting it up and when on level table ,activate pos hold the servos sit there and slowly twitch as if to stabilize heli but its not moveing. whats up. do I need to turn gains down in geo. Also it screws up with my pitch also, software says im at negative altitude???? TKS>

no, you do not have to do anything.
I dont know where you can read about negative altitude. Pressure is changing all the time so after few minutes it can read positive or negative altitude by few tens of cm.
