Hello Tomas, Hello everyone !

I have moved my question about stettings for the Diabolo 600 here to Support, in the hope of more resonance -

I started my setup with the default values, without looking at the wizzard (maybe wrong) -

Today I have compared the settings in the wizzard between Diabolo 550 and Diabolo 700 (the Diabolo 600 was unfortunately not listed) -

As I said, my setup was without the wizzard, the default values. Here you see the comparison of the three items -

Differences:
  • Diabolo 550: Diabolo 700: Default: "Average":
    Rudder common gain: 1,2 1,4 1,0 1,3
    Cyclic gain: 60% 55% 55% 55%
    Elevator filter: 3 4 2 3
    Rudder delay: 3 3 8 0 (see hint below)
    Pirouette Consistency: 170 180 160 175
Hint:The rudder delay I have set to "0" because of the Futaba BLS276 (recommendation from the manual (Servo-List)

Sorry for the bad presentation, in the attachment you will see the table like it should be -

My question is what values can I take for the Diabolo 600 ? The average of the Diabolo 550 and Diabolo 700 ?

Thanks for your help !

My cofiguration:
Spirit II
Hobbywing Platinum 130 V4 (10s-configuration)
Motor: X-Nova 4025-670
Swashplate-Servos: Futaba BLS471
Tail Servo: Futaba BLS276
Rotor blades: DH 611
Tail rotor blades: NHP 100mm

I would suggest to go fly with defaults, except for rudder delay that I would lower closer to 0 if not 0 as this impacts tail stability.

I also like to increase the Sensor/cyclic Rotation Rate but maybe just up the General/Flight Style value first to see how she handles.

Once you fly a couple of flights note what you don’t like and go back to tune it - these things are almost all about personal preference so it is touch to give you values that will just work for you.

Hi,
thanks for your reply ! I will try it like you said, the rudder delay have I changed to "0", I think that should be ok -

For the a rough starting point I would have been interested in whether I can choose the average between the two diabolos (550/700) or whether I am totally wrong.

I was already flying in the basic setting, but it felt a bit robotic, so I think I have to raise the flight style by one point -
It is true roll rate and head gain are to be adjusted according to personal preferences -
