Getting real fed up with spirit. It's been over a month and still havent recieved my order and when I email them about it no one answers. Spirit is very close to losing a customer.

I ordered my last monday and became on thursday. Try to use other e-mail address. Maybe it lands in spam. Anyways when you ordered and payed for it you should have at least an answer.

we have replied several times to your emails. Only for the last one I have reply.
Anyway you have selected conventional shipping method which is delayed a lot due to coronavirus, especially in the US.
I guess you know about it since all the media are talking about it.
Unfortunately there are hundreds of other customers that are waiting for their package for over month. But I believe you understand we can't affect it in any way.
The only real solution is to use Express shipping. Then delivery should be within 1-3 days even at this time.
We hope US will start to process packages from other countries soon.
But also in GB and France there are big issues.
