Hi,
I can not program the geofence points via the Geolink channel.
My setup consists of Spirit Pro (3.1.0), Geolink (1.2.0), FRSKY integration cable. FRSKY X6R (v2.1.0)connected via Futaba S-Bus.
Konfiguration of my taranis x9d. Channels 1 to 7 are throttle /roll /elevator /gyro/ pitch / bank. Channel 9 is vor geolink channel (tri-state switch). In the pirit settings channel window i can see an (1) aus an (2). The diagnostic window shows "aktiviert geo-fense" for both an (1) and an(2) or geolink eingeschaltet for aus.
When i start the system spirit pro will light stable red and the geolink after while is stable blue. Then I switch the Geolink channel to an (2) for 2 seconds the collectiv pitch moves a little and the red light turns off. Then i go whith the heli to anather position and switch again Geolink channel to an (2) for 2 seconds. The spirit pro light turns on.
The description says that i have to define 4 points before the lamp lights up again. Even if I call up the map via the spirit settings software, I cannot see any new geofence points.
Can someone please help.

Hi,
you have to define 4 points, not just 2.
So it is needed to flip switch 4 times - in each corner. Swashplate is pointing to the edge you should define.
It is basically same procedure as when programming over computer.

Hi,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I don't understand that.
I switch to an (2) for 2 seconds, than the red light turns off and the swashplate in the left front corner goes down. Is the first corner now defined? Now i move the helicopter to the lower left corner and switch again to an (2) for 2 seconds. The Swashplate is not pointing to a new corner and the LED lights up again permanently.
The programming mode was stopped before I was able to define 4 points.
I will continue testing tomorrow

I was just on the airfield. So far I had always tested in the garden. I was able to set 4 geofence points before the red LED on the spirit pro was constantly on. The swashplate also pointed in the corresponding directions. When I checked with Spirit settings only one point was set. The other three points were from programming via the map. the entry "GeoLink data is corrupt" is listed in the log again.

Tested again on the airfield today.
I went to the first corner of my planned geofence area. There I switched the Geo link switch in position 2 (-100%) for about 2 seconds. The swashplate swings to the left / forward position and the LED on the Spirit pro no longer lights up.
Then I went to the 2nd corner and moved the Geolink switch to position 2 again. The swashplate swing to the rear / left position. The led still does not light up.
Then I went to the 3rd corner and moved the Geolink switch to position 2 again. The swashplate swing to the rear / right position. The led still does not light up.
Then I went to the 4th corner and moved the Geolink switch to position 2 again. The swashplate swing to the forward / right position. From now on the LED lights up again.
So far so good.
According to the instructions, the new area is now configured. When I display the area via Spirit Settins on the map, only one new point is defined.
Again I have the entry "GeoLink data corrupt" in the log.
Please can someone help?

Try following this pattern first corner North/West, 2nd South/West, 3rd South/East, 4th North/East
Since the key points are queried via Spirit Settings in this order, I have always tested this way.
Yesterday I received new cables for the connection from the Geolink to the Spirit Pro and from the receiver to the Spirit pro. Will test with new cables today.

Hello,
tomorrow I will try to give you exact instructions.
GeoLink Data Corruption is not an issue. It might occur when unit is saving the data.
