Posting problems

I seem to have to problems here in the forum:

1) I do not get email notifications when someone is answering me. Yes, I have this setup in my profile.
2) Itried many times to upload pictures as part of my query, it makes as if it uploaded the picture, but the post itself doesn't show it. It is much simpler to show a picture instead of describing it in words in the long way.

Are you working from a PC or mobile? If mobile I would recommend using an app like Tapatalk.

Are you working from a PC or mobile? If mobile I would recommend using an app like Tapatalk.

Yes, Windows 10 pc. I am a member on other forums and have no problems.

I am doing the following steps:
1. Choose a file
2. Enter a comment to explain
3. Click the button Add the file
4. Submit.

Am I doing it wrong?

I have - upload attachements, inside there
Chhose a file, next to it - No file chosen
When I choose a file, next to it comes the file name - NOT that black button you are showing me
Under this - there is an empty space to explain what the image is about
