It means that the Spirit setup bin has already been installed. Jeti DS12 Spirit Edition comes with some additional features unlocked like telemetry log readout.

With any non Spirit Jeti radio, you need to manually upgrade features found on the Jeti website and install the Spirit integration software yourself.

Hello,

the Spirit firmware is adding features related specifically to Spirit units. This is - easier Setup Wizard for the model creation where channel mapping correspond with the unit always.
Then easy access to the integration menu and other.

The modules are not affected, these are bundled with our radios. But you can buy them (if they are not activated already).
Anyway all the Spirit features can be used with no additional cost.
We can provide Spirit firmware for DS-12 radios.
For the rest people have to wait, it will be available in all JETI radios soon, once they will finish the firmware.
