The (big) difference between tail blades on and off suggests to me the blade mounting holes in the hubs are stretched out?

I'll have a look at that.

I've checked the Tail Blade grips and the bolt holes look perfect, no elongation.

@ZeXx86 - any further advice on this please?

Kinda losing faith with this product - I've also been trying to setup telemetry and integration with my DX8, I'm using all the right cables and an SRXL2 receiver with a Castle Talon 90 and I cannot get the motor RPM and sometimes the ESC does not start the motor. I cannot get the integration to work at all, the setup guide on the website does not work.

Thanks

Any play in the bearing can cause your vibration problems.

Hello,

I am very sorry for delayed reply.
Vibration level looks good if it is similar with Y axis too.

Unfortunately we are very busy, so it is hard to satisfy everybody.
We can ship you new Spirit unit for comparison.

Please open new thread for your other issue. It is certain we will resolve both.

Thanks for the reply, I understand you are busy.

How do I go about getting a unit for comparison?

I will post all the axis graphs tomorrow.
