Telemetry supported? Kontronik PowerJive 120+ HV

Bought a nice old Kasama Faifa with a Kontronik PowerJive 120+ HV. I pulled the Vbar Blueline and replaced it with a Spirit 2.

I run HW on all my other helicopters, all set up with integrated Spirit/Spektrum/HW telemetry. I tried a HW Platinum V4 120A on the Kasama, but it doesn't fit. The Faifa's frame is very narrow and is cut specifically for the small form factor Kontronik with a cutout for the giant heat sink.

So I would like to use the Kontronik if possible, but I would really love it if I could still have Spirit/Spektrum/Kontronik telemetry.

The Kontronik PowerJive 120+ HV is not on Spirit's supported models list, but thought I would check just in case.

Hello,

the ESC is supported for telemetry - setup according Jive Telemetry.
But I highly recommend JIVE PRO if you have not bought the ESC yet since it has much better telemetry capabilities and especially better precision of the measurement.

The PowerJive came with the Kasama when I bought it.

This will be a vintage Sunday flyer , so I will be happy with whatever telemetry I can get.

What telemetry cable would I use?

The one showing on the wiki page says no longer available in the eshop:

The only other one showing for Kontronik is the Telem KONTRONIK v2 cable, here:

Hello,

you are opening wrong telemetry page. PowerJive is not Jive Pro. Telemetry is very different with PowerJive.
This guide should work for your ESC.
