Jeti intergration cable lenght?

Just changing over to Jeti with a rex3, does it matter about the lenght of intergration cable? I have the pro mounted on the front but would like to put the rex3 on the rear. This
means that the cable needs to be about 400mm, Is this ok.....

It should work well. But I recommend to not use an extension.

I could not find a lead with male/male long enough so got a 500mm extension and cut off female, fitted a male end and all is well.....Thanks Tomas...
