HW ESC - Spirit RS - Throttle not responding correctly

Happy new year all!

I'm building my first FBL heli and I couldn't get the throttle endpoints to work - Not sure which part of the drive train is the issue.

Basically, I'm using SpiritRS with 60A HW Platinum V4 going to a Jeti DS12 (Spirit Edition). I have set the us-range in the FBL according to the ESC manual, and calibrated the end points with high/low stick positions. It all sounded fine. But when I try the throttle, I am only getting a spin up at just below half stick. I came from a flybar background, do I still need to adjust the endpoints on the transmitter manually to get the throttle curve right?

Hello,

maybe you have enabled Governor in the Spirit unit.
Both Governors cant be enabled.
