FBL is not recognized

Hello, there was no progress in updating a red spirit with spirit setting. the progress bar has not changed from the start. i then disconnected the voltage from the spirit. since then the led has always been flashing. the restoration does not work either. there is also no connection between fbl and computer. it works with a different spirit. what else can I do. thanks.

Hello,

maybe you are using Mac OSX. If yes, then you have to download the latest USB driver and install it.
Only then flashing process will work properly.

hello, sorry I chose the wrong software version on the PC. After installing the appropriate software version on the PC, I was able to restore the FBL and put it back into operation.
