Spirit GT USB Connection Unstable

Hello

I am facing problem with the USB connection to my spirit GT, the unit is disconnecting from the windows app several times during the setup, them I will need to exit the app and enter again to make it work, also whenever I go to Advanced Flight Viewer and then I load a flight log then the app will exit when the loading is 100%, so I am not able to view any flight logs.

Hello,

can you please describe your wiring?

Is it possible to disconnect everything that is not really necessary from the unit?

hello

my wiring is as follows:

1- receiver is Radiomaster R161 connected to RUD port and using F.Port Protocol
2- Geolink connected to SAT2
3- Hobbywing ESC telemetry cable connected to SAT1
4- Hobbywing ESC RPM output connected to PIT pin
5- Hobbywing ESC throttle connected to AUX1 ( I am using ESC BEC)
6- Remaining cyclic and rudder servos connected to CH1 to CH4

I disconnected the GeoLink ang esc telemetry cable but the problem remains.

Hello,

could you please retry with everything disconnected, except BEC?
If also this will fail, we will send you new USB injterface for trying.
We never experienced similar issue, so I dont know where the problem could be.

Also trying other computer can be very helpful.

hello

I have removed the unit outside the model and I connected only the BEC and USB cable and the unit got disconnected after 15 minutes, second time i have connected also the receiver and now the unit disconnects after 5 minutes, however always when I load a flight log the app closes when the loading percentage reaches 100%.

I am noticicing that this is only happening when i connect the receiver.
