Hi,

I have upgraded firmware on my Spirit Pro with latest and it doesn't anymore start up normally.
Goes into red Led blinking mode and I can't anymore connect via USB nor via futaba TX.

Only if I enter in recovery mode and flash again same firmware it works, but if power off Spirit , it doesn't initiate when I power it up.

I note in addition that the serial number is not identified and shows ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-1 and if I try to upgrade the firmware again before power off the spirit, it says that the spirit server is offline and that try later. I try with other module and works fine and connects to server without issues

Tried the old firmware but same issue, i have never had this issue with any spirit modules.

Can i get help to fix this?

Hello and a Moin to everyone,

I have a problem with my new Spirit GT, the first time I came in contact with my PC, the Spirit wanted an update, and then I clicked on yes.
That was a mistake, nothing works from now on, unfortunately nothing has been recognized since then.
The software no longer recognizes the serial number, in recovery mode I also get the firmware 3.3.1 from 6/26/2021 loaded, after the completion the message is successful.
The LED has changed from flashing to a steady light, and then nothing more happens.
The FBL does not restart if the power supply is disconnected and switched on again, the LED only flashes quickly.
What am I doing wrong? Is this a case now for the manufacturer to pack up and send back? Do you have another idea?

Greetings Stefan

Hello,

I will send you private message with instruction how to resolve the problem.
It should be resolved easily. Thank you for your patience.

The reason for such problem is usually in the USB driver. But fortunately we have made few improvements in the software so it should work with all USB drivers well, hopefully.
