Hello,

I bought the Spirit and it is working well. But where I am struggling is, when I switch to a bank where the Anti Gravity is switched on,
the helicopter is moving from hovering much upwards. That I did not like.

What can I do to have no movement in the hovering position?

Best Regards

Hi,

could you please send the output of the compare banks in the 'Backup' menu?

Thanks

Hi,
I have 3 banks installed.
First bank have no Antigravity (Value is zero)
Second and third bank have the value of 30

When I switch from Bank 0 to first bank, Heli jumps upward from hovering position.
Sometimes I am fast enough to compensate the climbing.
Greating

other values are the same on all banks?

What you describe is normal. Anti-gravity adjusts the collective pitch centre point depending on the orientation of the heli. So when upright it adds positive collective and when inverted it adds negative. As the instructions point out, for most helis this should be left as zero. for small helis, heavy helis or low headspeed you might find that using a little makes the heli feel 'lighter' to fly. 30% is too much, I'd suggest starting with no more than 10%.

The heli will tend to climb when you engage anti-grav but if you use a lower % the effect is less dramatic and easier to compensate for. If you want no change between banks then leave anti-grav at zero, or use the same value in each bank.

With the vstabi, a kind of "fade in" for the antigravity value was introduced with the last update, which means that when switching between two banks, the pitch difference is approached slowly. Maybe this can also be implemented in the Spirit? :?:

That's a great idea. I'll put it in the correct forum so it gets visibility
