Spirit RED Will not recover

In case you do not know something or you are not sure, here is the right place for your question.

Performed an update to latest firmware.

Now Unit will not boot.

Recovery takes more than 30 minutes. Finally finishes "Sucessfully" and then will not reboot itself.


Any ideas how to fix this issue??

I tried all of that no success.
What I did.

1) Took a brand new Lenovo laptop out of box.
2) Almost no software on laptop.
2) Installed the spirit software
3) made sure driver was installed
4) driver successfully installed.
5) Tried different usb interfaces since I own multiple spirit units.
5) Unit will not recover.

What next???

Another issue I noticed the blue light on the interface goes out when I plug the spirit red into it.
I have another unit just like it that works, and when I plug it in the blue light does not go out.
There is obviously something wrong.

Thanks. Is Status LED of the unit pulsating?

If yes, then it can be recovered. If no, then it must be shipped to us.
Behavior of the USB interface is usually showing when unit is burned. But it is hard to say without more information.

How long should the recovery process take?
20 min. 30 min?

Can you take a video please?

It should smoothly pulsate.
It will take not more than one minute. Progress is visible immediately.

Hello,

unfortunately behavior of the unit is not looking normal.
Recovery mode is not possible in this case.

The only thing we can try is to connect to you with TeamViewer and try few things that could resolve it.
But this condition should not happen normally in any case.

If you agree, when you will have time? It should take not more than 20 minutes.
In other case it is enough to send the unit to us and we will fix it.
