Setup Dialog Resolution

I am using a Surface Pro with 3000x2000 screen resolution.

No matter how low I set the display the Setup wizard dialogs are always garbled/unreadable.

Well duh. I did not see a min/max button on the window, but was able to grab the corners and stretch.
