Loosing connection

I'm having problems with the connection between computer and Spirit GTR. I'll be working on things in the software and it will loose the connection in just a few minutes. Then after a few disconnects it won't reconnect. Any ideas?

Hi

first question: what computer and operating system version are you using? what Spirit software version? (and maybe: what driver/version?)

It's a MacBook Air running Windows 10, Spirit software Ver 3.3.2.. I don't know how to see what driver I'm using.

Hello,

you can try to use other USB port.

I recommend to disconnect everything except USB and power. Then please try again. Will the problem happen too?
