GPS Speed Readouts witha Jeti

Hi There

Very seriously considering going back to Spirit / Jeti after a few years with VControl / Neos.

However one of the features I liked with the VControl was its ability to have telemetry GPS Speed readouts with the Mikado GPS with my Speed Heli flights (Goblin Speed 700).

Just wondering if anyone knows if the Jeti can be setup to give "live" GPS speed readouts through a Spirit and I guess the Geolink unit?

I know a Jeti Pitot tube could also be used but might be a pain to mount in a RC Heli!!

Hello,

yes, with Spirit GeoLink and any Spirit unit you will get Speed readout directly at the radio display.
With Spirit RS and GTR you can also use a JETI GPS sensor if you do not need other GeoLink features.

I like that the Geolink can be setup as well to give me some flight protection for the speed helis too (hard deck limits etc).

Will go ahead to getting back to Spirit and Jeti
