Hi

Just noticed a strange behaviour of my FBL or Software. When i aktivate the pitch adjustment all three servos are moving but not equal.

What could cause this problem?

Software and Firmware are 3.4.3 the newest.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Problem could be in Servo Travel Correction. Please reset the settings to defaults.
Then make sure to check length of the servo arms.

This behaviour was after the factory reset so nothing else was set up except receiver and channels and servo frequency/directions.

Do you have the correct movement of the green sliders in the Diagnostics tab?
Do you have the unit position set correctly?

Ya everything else works fine. The only problem is this behaviour. When i move it faster the difference gets even worse. I finished the settings without using the pitch adjustments. So far everything looks good. I have an other Heli with an spirit gt wich i can test if the same problem occurs.

Hello,
how good is your powersupply ? Is it possiblewise defective ? Tanke another ESC or an good battery to rule that out - Unfortunately you can't watch the video because you have to register, please upload it again so that you can see something, then others can also help you -
You could try swapping the servos (changing the wiring) does it behave differently or is it still the same? If the problem moves, is it the servo - What can also be the case is that the frequencies on the servo are set too high, set the frequencies to 60Hz or 100 Hz, for example...

Hello,
I have seen your video, very interseting !
As a note in advance, one must of course say that huge values should not be adjusted here, this only serves to achieve 0° pitch in the middle position! Normally this should not mean a huge adjustment - if the adjustment is very high, then the basic setting is already wrong, such as the linkage length from the servos to the swashplate, i.e. at 0° pitch the swashplate is not in the middle...
What I would test first of all, from start to finish, would be the following - disassemble the rotor head and then place a swash leveling tool on the main rotor shaft, then check the home position first, is the swashplate leveled in this position? Then check the two extreme positions (positive pitch/negative pitch) is the swashplate level there as well? The extreme positions can then be set using servo travel correction -

I do not need the pitch adjustment for my setup. I finished it allready. I used it only to lift the swashplate to fit the swashplate leveler under it. This was the moment when i noticed the behaviour. I set back everything to zero and used an universal tool from the top side. I thought this behaviour is a bit strange and can’t explain it really.
