RESCUE AND RETURN TO HOME??
Rescue forces the helicopter to a blades horizontal attitude and then climbs for the preset period.
Return to home brings the heli back then holds the vertical and horizontal position in space.
The up down movement you're seeing is return to home related.
Reduce vertical gain another 10% and retest.

As mentioned 3 weeks ago! Ive tested EVERYTHING you mentioned and even had someone try their setup on my heli (whom also had problems with his heli)
Does not work. That heli is mechanically 110% correctly setup! Balanced 100% in all directions with machine. There is no vibrations that will confuse the gyro. It ONLY happends when return to home is active, spesificly when it reaches its destination snd should hover

In any case there must be some reason why it does not work for you. I can also recommend to disable ALL other features in GeoLink window and Stabi and try again. Then engage just RTH. I have seen that one pilot had it working together with Altitude Hold and Limit which caused troubles.
Have you tried without fuselage? I cant see any photo from how the GeoLink is mounted on your helicopter.
Unfortunately almost all pilots (including PRO pilots that are flying at the biggest events) are convinced that their model is perfect. Even 20 different pilots might not find what 1 other can find in 10 seconds. For this reason I always want to check everything even that you think it is waste of time.

Mounting them all the same at the wing. I dint use or have active any altitude/position hold as i found out its drifting to much and very sketchy.
Would vibrations be a issue for geolink in that case? If body move a bit
