Well I am starting to do the installation and I hope these units work as good as they look!
Installing on a new OMP HOBBY M4 using a Futaba T18szh. Almost took today off from work.
Is it better to get the S2 working before connecting up the Geolink Module?
I hope one layer of the provided double sided mounting tape is enough?

Yes, it is better to start with normal setup first and make it fly great.
Then add GeoLink.
Yes, one layer is enough. More will cause decreased performance.
