Hi guys, totally new to this forum but can't keep reaching out to spirit via Facebook so hopfully get some help here,

Today I was trying to look at my logs from the flights, when my geo link just stopped communicating with the software,

Now I can't get it to communicate when clicking on the geo link tab,

When I power up the model I get one blue flash then nothing after,

Does anyone have any advise please?
I have tried recovery too using spirit software,

Hello,

this could happen after flashing GeoLink v1 with firmware for v2.
To resolve this it is enough to reflash it again in the recovery mode for correct firmware (v1 1.2.1).
If using original Spirit v1 unit the recovery flashing could be more complicated.

Which Spirit unit do you have?

Thanks for the reply,
I use a spirit GT unit, is there an easy way to flash it or enter recovery mode?

Yes.
1. Disconnect GeoLink cable.
2. Enter the Geolink Update window and select Firmware for GeoLink v1 1.2.1.
3. Press the flash button and confirm Recovery mode.
4. Connect GeoLink cable. At this moment flashing should start.

I recommend to Clear the logs first. Then logging should work normally.
Previous issue could affect logs as well.

Hello,

thank you for the video.
Can you try to view the Logs when GeoLink has no acquired satellites?
The behavior is quite strange and shouldnt happen normally.

Are you using original GeoLink cable?
