Trouble getting integration with Jeti DC24 working

In case you do not know something or you are not sure, here is the right place for your question.

I know this has probably been discussed many times, but don't know what, if anything , I am doing wrong.
I have 3.5 loaded into my GTR, have the Bin files etc. in the Devices folder. I have EX Bus chosen, but don't get integration menu.
I have the heli flying, but would dearly like to be able to tune more easily at the field.
What could I be doing wrong?
I have reloaded several times, deleted other versions of software, but still get no joy.
Please help!

Andy

Hello,

it should all work out of the box without any settings from default. So it is enough to put everything to default if there was some change in your radio.
Can you see REX-RS device in Device Explorer?

Have you connected some additional receiver to the GTR unit?
Have you set 24 channel transmission mode? If yes, try to set 16 channels.

I have a DC24 at 5.07. The REX-RS is visible in Devices, but no further indication of Spirit integration!
I have done initial set-up and flies ok, needs a little tuning, but behaves as expected.
I have downloaded, several times the integration files and downloaded them into devices, but still does not work!

So it look that you connected something to E2 port which is wrong.
It is very important to not connect there any wire as you can see in the manual.

I am not sure about this particular Spirit unit, but may have used a 900MHz link on an aircraft configuration with it, but no longer has that set-up.
With the GTR, not sure I can configure any other 16 / 24 channel set-up! However, seems to be standard 16.

Simply create new model in the radio and then bind.
E2 must be always free.

I had plugged the RPM sensor cable from the Hobbywing Platinum HV 160 into the RPM / E2 socket, with a view to use internal governor.
I removed this and Spirit Integration has now come up!!
Thank you!
Does this mean that I cannot use the RPM lead for Gov input?

It mean that you have to check manual and see how to connect RPM sensor.
All is described in our manual:

With the help of the Telemetry UNI cable with the Hobbywing Platinum 160A V4 I now get RPM, Pack Voltage, etc, but not all of the parameters such as Capacity discharged, BEC Voltage and Current on my Jeti DC24.
Am I missing something here?

Andy
