What actually happens if I increase or decrease the delay for the tail?
What happens at the rear?

Hello,

this parameter will change Regulation term of the Spirit unit to adapt it for a slower tail servo and/or mechanics.
There is inverse releation between servo speed and Rudder Delay parameter. You can use our Servo List for configuring it properly.

OK, thanks for the quick reply, this might help with my EC135 Roban 800 to reduce hunting after a steering deflection.
I feel like the mechanics are slow here. The servo itself would be fast enough, but the mechanics just don't allow it.
So I would increase the value in steps of 2.
What actually happens when the value gets too high?

Hello,

tail will start oscillating very fast when it is too high and/or can be hotter or somehow delayed for stick reaction. It is better to keep this value low or according our Servo List if you are unsure.

Hello,

good to know, I'll give it a 1, 2 or 3 point higher.
I will be careful.
Or is there another way to counteract a soft bounce?
Iknow the mechanics are probably rather sluggish.
I may have to install a stronger servo, but it's actually strong enough at 30kg.
