It should be roughly 30°C at 25°C. Approximately 5°C hotter than ambient.
Higher the BEC voltage, higher the temperature.
If it is too hot there is something wrong. This could explain also for example your GeoLink problems, because it is powered from Spirit unit.
For example wrong telemetry wiring that is causing high current and sending improper voltage to the unit.

all 6 flights the geolink log did not register.
I don't know why it doesn't register.
spirit logs is ok but log geolink no.
i only have the old logs.
but me too logs geolink at today they do not register.

Very interesting! I had the logs of the first flights, but at the last check everything was gone! That is, even those logs that were before

Regarding your Altitude Limit issue. If you think it is not engaged even after changing switch. Have you tried to descend with the model to verify that it is really not working?
I understand correctly that there is a hole for the laser sensor at the bottom? If so, then according to the instructions it can be covered and it will turn off, or as I understand it, it must be positioned so that it "sees" the ground. And I have it not covered, while looking at the edge of the beam. Could it be that he does not understand what is happening because of the tail boom and thinks the helicopter is near the ground and drops the measured height? The arrow showed where the laser sensor "looks"

it can't be the fan why I mounted it
only in the last two flights , on other flights I didn't install the fan and the logs they have not registered. (log geolink)

kostian please you go in geolink setting info and you can see if the various data is read correctly?

What data are we talking about? Map, geolink position (in degrees), heading, firmware version, etc. - everything is displayed correctly in the geolink settings.

general geolink settings and info
connect the helicopter to a laptop and come out to get all the satellites.
Now With the hands sends the model up and down.
Can you tell me if these values they read height exact? (altitude (barometer) - altitude (laser)

Yes, after finding all the satellites, the barometer height is measured very accurately

is screen demo mode.
sensor laser what does it read?
if the barometer reads good it means that the problem is not the barometer.
go on until we find the problem.
in diagnostic log viewer do you see strange error messages?
if now they are not here you go in:
documents
C:\Users\namepc\Documents
and there is all files spirt log type spirit-log-2022-08-05-201157.pdf
see in old logs do you have any message which can help us understand what could be the problem?
we have to go step by step until you understand where is the problem.
In any case I'm going to try rescue automatic spirit gt/gtr
