Can't put aero firmware on GT

Í'm trying to put aero firmware on my GT unit. Nor my MAC or W10 laptop can find the unit with either the wifi link or usb connection.
with the Spirit settings program for the heli it's not a problem.
I set the usb port to com 2, but still no succes.
Any help appreciated.

Hello,

first from all you have to flash Spirit Aero firmware. From then you have to use Spirit Aero software, not Spirit Settings for helicopters.
So there are two different softwares - Aero and Heli. One will work with only correct firmware.
