I've deleted my other posts regarding issues I was having as it's become clear to me that they are all related, so I'll list my findings here.

I'm using a Spirit (red) original spirit (v3.7.0-r2) unit and a geolink v2 on 1.4.1 firmware, Spirit v3.6.2 works correctly in all aspects.

I've found the following issues:

1/
I'm getting constant throttle is high warnings, and I cannot stop them. My throttle is set to 1350us (30%) when throttle hold is enabled as this is what's required on the Hobbywing ESC to allow bailout recovery etc.
How can I inform the spirit that the throttle is NOT high? High would be > 1400us in my case. I think it would be better/safer to just have a "enable motor?" checkbox next to the "auto save" checkbox, at the bottom of the screen with a popup to confirm. This would also serve as an emergency cutoff.

2/
Ticking the subtrim (tuning) box moves the servos to the centre as expected, then 3 seconds later, the checkbox turns off without any user input. The same happens for cyclic ring and rudder endpoints.

3/
When subtrim (tuning) box is checked, the gyro is not disabled.

4/
On the Servo endpoint screen, the gyro is NOT disabled.

5/
The serial link to the PC <--> Spirit Unit is not reliable; it keeps disconnecting.

None of the above issues exist in v3.6.2.

As a side note, since the firmware can be downgraded in the desktop software, please add links on the website download page to previous spirit settings software so older versions can be downloaded as required after downgrading firmware.

Hello,

it seems all the points are really related to throttle over 0%.
Your idea is very nice and I think we will change it to this method. So that people can control it on its own.
It could be added next week. Thank you very much for the report. We will try to find a proper solution as soon as possible.

Here we have links for older versions:
