I had this problem with spirit gtr and jety
i had this problem with spirit gt and tx16s

I can't understand why if I increase the pitch in aggressive mode the helicopter does not maintain constant rpm
this is my file log but i have this problem since day one.

I have 200Hz set on my Hobbywing controllers.

I think Spirit Governor can be set to always work well. Using the parameters:
Governor Response & Holding Performance.

I have the Helicopter External Governor set in my Hobbywing controller.
Controller calibration is done with the Governor in the unit turned off.

What ESC mode are you using? ESC Governor must be turned off in the ESC first so that Spirit Governor works well.
Each ESC require different mode to work correctly with external governor.

Governor esc is deactivated.
to have 0 and +100 in software spirit the limits have decreased in the radio.
After lowering the limits on the radio do i have to calibrate min and max point in the esc? (this thing I didn't do it after to have decreased limits in radio)

first I tried airplane mode but the start is too fast
after Helicopter (Linear Throttle) (the start commands the esc and after Gives command to the flybarless)
in the past me and you zexx86 we have already talked about this problem.
things we haven't tried
calibration esc after moved the limits
increase hz the esc

in teory the parameter for my problem is Fine-Tuning - Governor Response

ESC should be calibrated always - at least if it has no default range and was calibrated previously.

Governor Response and Holding Performance must be set in all cases to make governor working well for each model.
Higher frequency can increase performance. Higher than 200Hz is not recommended for HobbyWing.

You can check this guide for Governor tuning:

Zexx86 you tried sab goblin raw 580 with hobbywing 130a platinum opto v4 ?
from your tests how did you set it up parameters governor?

Ps
For have 0-100 in the software spirit on my radio I changed servo output -79 and +79.
after i changed output in the radio I didn't repeat calibration esc.
The esc calibration it was done with output radio -100 and +100.
by ear I feel that the governor increase the rpm after a long time.
must increase the rpm much earlier.
while now the helicopter first goes up and after increase rpm.
the timing is wrong
