Image not uploading

I have been trying to upload an image to my Wave, I go to the cloud either via PC or phone, select an image, hit upload, it says image uploaded but then nothing, image is in jpg, am I missing something obvious?

can you let me know what web browser are you using?
Isn't image too big?

If you can share the image we can test it for you.

I am using Microsoft Edge browser, image in only 115kb

Hello,

we found the problem. File extension has to be named with a small letters. Instead of JPG please type "jpg". Then it will work.
We will fix the problem to make it work also with big letters.

All sorted thanks very much for your help on that, just trying to get used to my Spirit Wave, I have just moved over from Vbar, I am sure I will more questions.
