Update of setup program for new functions and parameters

There are some new functions in V4.0, but the selection menue of parameters and functions in the chanel assignment menue ("Kanalzuordnung/Funktion") is not up to date. I dont know what happens, if I select a parameter for a chanel that does not exist any more in V4.
Please implemet also the possibility to set anti gravity via chanel. At the moment, I can change anti gravity only via bank switching. And there are nor enough banks for that purpose.

I just received my 5th GTR/GeoLink and I am really happy with V4.
