The issue:
3 older Spirit systems 1 (red).
Update from version 3.x to version 4.0.0 and switch from PWM to Futaba SBUS.
Issues exists also with 3.X Firmware and Setup Software
After booting the setup software, connecting with the helicopter, and moving the helicopter, you can see that the Spirit recognizes the movements when the helicopter is moved accordingly.
With the Futaba T18sz and receivers Testet with 2x R7208SB (also tested with 1x R7206SB), no commands can be sent to the Spirit. The Spirit does not accept any commands through this combination, which is also evident from the diagnostics tab.No movement is visible in the software sliders.
The Spirit blinks long and short in equal intervals until it reboots.
Testet with SBUS and SBUS.2
What could the problem be?
The same RX/TX setup with a Micro Spirit causes no issues.
With a Futaba R7003 SB, the same setup works perfectly.
Bug? Protocol change with new Futaba receivers?
Spirit RED and Futaba R7208SB no reaction from Spirit
I guess you forgot for SBUS Adapter.
