Spirit gyro return for repair.

Hi all I have sent a Spirit unit back for repair using the information provided on the web site. The unit has been delivered (checked with the tracking number). I still have not had a reply as to the situation on the repair, are spirit not offering this repair option anymore. any help much appreciate.

I have had issues with sending items back for repair, customs can be very difficult but this seems not to be the case this time.
I have recently sent a unit for repair its been delivered, but I have had no reply. I will leave it for a couple more days as it now been nearly a week.
Hopefully they will sort both of our units out.

the repaired units were likely fixed and even shipped to you already. Unfortunately we are only very busy, because of so many questions.
I will check status tomorrow, but it is hard to find who you actually are.

Chris: Your unit was fixed and dispatched on 25th.
It was only required to flash. For us it was working without any issue.
Actually according tracking details package was even delivered to you.
