How do I get the Spirit GT to behave like a flat pitch curve for scale flight?

You can write here about anything you want in regard to R/C.

Since Spirit wont let me program a pitch curve in my Tx, cow can I flatten out movements around mid stick?

Which TX are you using? I fly Jeti and you can certainly setup whatever curve you want, after the initial FBL setup with a linear setup.
