Any ideas as to what the problem is.
Yes, I did keep restarting the WiFi-link and made sure the blue light was flashing.
The old version has been working fine with my iPhone.
Someone mentioned a direct link to the PC to update the WiFi link; is that possible?
Another thought:-
My system now has 2.4ghz and 5ghz bluetooth.
Does the WiFi link only use 2.4?
WiFi Link not found during update 4.0.0 r3 (Update now works)
Thanks for the suggestion.davehour wrote: Fri 26. Sep 2025 17:03:34 Hello,
Check your Firewall. Disable it while flashing or include the application in permissions.
Tried turning off Firewall and Allowed Wifi-link.exe through the Firewall.
Also tried running the Wifi-link.exe as admin.
Same error messages ;(
While looking at stuff, I notice current WiFi is 5ghz.
First you have to connect to the Wifi-Link directly. Make sure your computer is not connected over the ethernet. It has no relation to firmware version, the behavior should be identical with any version.
So I would check whatever changed in your network. It could be just secondary connection that could interfere here, because IP address routing is mismatching when two or more connections are established at the same time.
