Sensor Calibration Is Wrong on Spirit2

I have just been looking at the logs after my first flights on V4.0.1 firmware, and I see the first lines say:

Calibration Finished
Sensor Calibration Is Wrong

Should I be worried? After this it simply reports Good Health Messages.

yes, this unfortunately mean problem for Rescue, Stabilisation and GeoLink modes.
I will send you private message with quick solution for recalibration procedure.

Perhaps this is the root of all the issues I have been having with setting up my TB70 recently.
Hopefully it will now be resolved.
