Need Clarification on Wiring Setup

I believe I have gotten myself all kinds of confused after reading various forums trying to remember the best way to setup my Spirit Pro FBL on a Trex 700. I have been out of the hobby for some years.

Here is my setup:
Spirit Pro FBL
Hobbywing Platinum HV 130a V4
Jeti Rex7 running the E1 port in ex bus mode.

The question pertains to wiring and using the internal governor on the Hobbywing ESC.

Can I run both the Hobbywing BEC Throttle wire and ESC BEC wire from the ESC into the Spirit FBL and still be able to use the internal governor on the ESC?

The E1 EX bus lead from the receiver has the black and red wire going into the RUD port and the white wire going into the ELE/PIT/AIL port.

Is there any harm in running the throttle/BEC wire directly to the receiver and the other BEC wire to the Spirit?

I would appreciate any advice..
