[SOLVED] After update to 4.0.3 I have connection issue
After updating software I went to update my Spirit GT and it will connect to the computer now. I went back to 4.0.2r2 and it still will not connect. I then tried another SGT I have and it will not connected. I have tried several USB dongles and still no luck.
Can you check Status LED after power up?
If unit has pulsating LED light you will need to perform recovery flashing.

I pulled out my old and really slow laptop with Windows 10 on it and I was able to update 2 Spirit GT and one Spirit II to 4.0.3. I had no connection issue with this computer. I still have a connection issue with my laptop using windows11. It is not seeing the interface.
I am afraid there is no relation to 4.0.3 update. It could be because of missing USB driver in your computer. You can try to launch it as Administrator.

I have no problem with Rotorflight or Brain2 / Ikon connecting to this computer. I load the drivers each time I update the Spirit software. This is the first time I have ever had this problem. I`m not sure where else to look. Everything appears to be up to date on drivers. I have even tried going back to 3.7.0 and no luck.
The problem could actually happen when other FBL software is rewriting drivers for own.

Maybe some other FBL software was using the same port. I think rotorflight or brain software could grab it for itself.
