Firmware version 1.0.30 text to speech does not work when changing the value:
Flight Mode > SET > swipe to 2nd screen page > CHANGE >
When you rename a text value and press ENTER the screen resets and any switch position settings defaults to factory default.
Firmware 1.0.29 and 1.0.28 works.

When trying same thing it works properly for us. Are you sure you were connected to WiFi/internet?
Does it mean you downgraded radio, tried it and it worked?
There was no change in this area between these versions, so I fear it could be just connection issue.
Maybe you can let me know what words you were trying to enter?
