Hello there.
Some time ago i reported a problem with the version 4.0.1 that in fast forward flight the helicopter was gaining altitude and i constantly had to push the nose down to prevent this.
The "solution" according to the experts was to increase the pitchup compensation and change some other settings but this never solved the issue. My solution was to revert back to version 4.0.0 because that version always worked great for me. Also version 4.0.2 was giving me the same trouble with fast forward flight.
Today i found out that there was a new version out, 4.0.3. I also saw that with this version it is possible to use the altitude hold function without the need of gps unit. This is what i have been waiting for!!!
So i updated to this new version and went for a spin. Guess what? No altitude gaining in fast forward flight finally! I kept the same settings that i always used with version 4.0.0 so there is definitely something different between this version and 4.0.1 and 4.0.2. So far so good but now to check out the altitude function. I flipped the switch and in about 2 seconds the heli started violently bouncing up and down completely out of control. The heli started losing altitude quickly but luckily i had it high up in the sky so there was enough time to disable the function. After that i needed clean pants and i didn't dare to test the function again.
What could be wrong? Is there some additional settings that i missed or something else? I am really looking forward to be able to use altitude hold so some help would be great.
Thanks!
