Looks that is not just adjust a little thing, I'm nearly from the begining here and if a user can fix it, believe me I already had fixed and not ask here for Help, it is a Software Bug form the new FW up FW4.

Today test it with wind and Position Hold doesn't work , but now today the Coming home function works similar to a Position Hold function.

"Coming home function works similar to a Position Hold function" you mean that it held the position at a random coordinate (not the home position) when you triggered return to home?
Are you sure the compass is calibrated / reclaibrated and the heading shown in the software is 90 degrees?
Backup your current settings (so that you can restore it later) and for now just test one function - Position hold. disable everything else. if it does not hold, this need to be addressed before moving to more advanced functions such as RTH return to home.
