Hi Tomas / Spirit Support team,
I placed order 260014140 last Thursday evening, which includes a Spirit W1. After completing the checkout, I noticed the W1 is currently out of stock.
I tried contacting you via the website's contact form and email to check the current lead time, but the contact form gave me an error and my emails to the support address bounced back (it seems there might be a temporary mail server issue on your end).
Could you please let me know the expected restock date for the W1?
If the restock will take a while, I would love to know if it's possible to remove the W1 from this order so the rest of the items can ship out. I can then source the W1 locally since it's needed urgently for a project. However, if it's only a few days delay, I am more than happy to wait for the complete order.
