hi all.ive got an x3 with kst 215 servos on cyclic and tail, hobbywing 50a esc, spirit fbl and using dx6i.when i move the collective stick all 3 servos have a very rough, notchy feel.if i move aileron or elevator, servos are smooth like normal.it only happens when all 3 servos move together.tail servo is smooth also.just wondering if anyone has any idear why this happens and if maybe its related to the spirit or maybe my dx6i.this has been happening since the servos were brand new.
Hi,
this is strange.
Is it also happening if the software is not running? If the software is running and you have diagnostics panel active, then it can happen. But it is not issue.

yes this happens when not connected to the software.it doesnt seem to affect in flight performance,so maybe something i shouldnt worry about.
Ah, ok.
What connection do you use?
If it is running at 22ms, it could be the problem, that servos are so fast so you can see every frame from your transmitter.
So actually servos are much faster than transmission speed. But this is not a problem at all if it is this case.

Check if the feeling isnt coming from the rough surface of the main shaft, or the swash ball inner side. It experienced it before, it was because the main shaft wasnt 100% smooth surface!
when you move aileron, the ball doesnt move up down on the main shaft, that why it isnt doing that, just when swash is moving up down.

Ah, you can also check Ball Bearings in the blade holders - if you put push rods away then it should be smooth when you are moving with it. If they are damaged it can do such problem too.

have checked swash and mainshaft.also removed links to blade grips and problem still there.more than likely it is what zexx86 said about frane rate,as im using dx6i which i think is 22ms.i also used to run slower savox servos and the problem never happened with them.thanks to all who replied.
