hi,

I was told in the v 1.2.0 manual that a List of the supported RPM sensors and their wiring will be provided on the
forum. Maybe it is already on but I did not succeed to find it. Since my ESC is not Governor equipped, I would be very pleased if you could give me any clue to get this list or if not already released, when it will be.

Many thks in advance and congratulations for this outstanding module I enjoy every flight

Hi,

we are working on the list.
But generally it should work with nearly all sensors.

You can use for example HobbyWing RPM sensor.

What about the stator gator for gassers?

It should work fine too, but must be powered properly. Practically each sensor should work if it is designed for other FBL controllers too.

hi Tomas

I got the RPM sensor you advised (Hobbywing). Could you confirm that connecting directly the sensor plug (3 wires) in the ELE/PIT/AIL is the correct procedure or should I connect only the middle pin (RPM signal) and supply the electric power to the sensor via the satellit connector?

Hi,

second way is correct.
RPM sensor can't be powered from ELE/PIT/AIL so you have to connect it to the BEC/battery in other port. You can use for example even Spektrum connector if it is unused. So you do not need any additional Y-cable.

OK, tks a lot. Will connect to a receiver still free plug for power supply and the signal wire directly on the PIT pin.
